Consistent with its commitment to meet the instructional needs of students, the Board recognizes that the ultimate goal of career and vocational education is to develop productive citizens. In meeting this goal, it is essential to provide our students with necessary decision-making and job-entry level skills.

A comprehensive applied technology education program will be offered to provide individuals with the basic skills to enter the world of work, to obtain additional technical skills, and/or to continue their normal education.
